not enough, never enough—whatever is keeping you from living your life fully and in wholeness is welcome in the circle. Nothing is too dark, too scary, or unlovable.
Most often these are survival patterns from our childhood or entanglements from our family systems. I work by merging Family Constellations, sound healing, and applied neurology to create a powerful space for your deepest healing to unfold.

Creating deep, lasting change
Constellations are appropriate for all issues: from relationships or career to illness or emotional difficulties. Usually the places we feel blocked and cannot change are where we are paying unconscious allegiance to a family survival pattern and repeating it in our daily lives without even knowing its origin. Money, health, relationships, spiritual evolution—all issues are appropriate to bring to the circle.
In a private session, we work through "the knowing field" to uncover the hidden dynamics at play in your family system, offering real resolution and a path toward inner peace. This is focused, personal space to address your specific history and begin healing intergenerational patterns at their source.
Full Constellation package includes a 45-minute intake session, a 90-minute constellation session, and a follow-up session, via Zoom.

Family/Shamanic Constellations
with Representatives
A constellation with representatives includes a minimum of five participants who will stand in for members of your family, a block, a desire, or whatever you're working with. As the focus client, you'll choose each representative and position them in a way that feels right to you. The representatives will begin to experience physical sensations, emotions, or urges belonging to the family members they represent — or they'll offer clues to where the constellation needs to go. A group constellation is extremely powerful and impactful.
Full Constellation package includes a 45-minute intake session, a 2 hour constellation session, and a follow-up session, via Zoom or in person.

Through science-based tools, you'll cultivate the neuroplasticity to learn, unlearn, and reshape your neural pathways. Anxiety and panic, limiting beliefs, emotional dysregulation, shutdown and freeze responses, reactivity and anger, boundaries, attachment patterns, and body image can all be rewired. As your stress response shifts and old patterns dissolve your capacity expands in real time.
